The matter was of particular interest as the legislation in this respect just entered into force last year, no jurisprudence was available and a final and favourable decision was obtained in ;less than a year, which is really a rare thing in such matters (considering that initial restitution process was started in this case more than 25 years ago). Assisted Genesis College on drafting, negotiating and closing of the lease agreement for the Client's new premises, as tenant, with OMV Petrom, as lessor.
