Competition
Sucessfully leading the defence for Sig Sauer GMBH & Co. KG, in an appeal against the Romanian Competition Council, in front of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, regarding an alleged bid rigging in certain tender procedures organised by the Ministry of National Defence for the purchase of infantry weapons and optical devices, following an antitrust investigation.

Advised IRUM S.A., a long standing national agricultural vehicles and equipment producer, with an investigation launched by the Romanian Competition Council into alleged anticompetitive behaviour of producers, importers and distributors on the market for the trade of agricultural machinery and equipment. Based on the work, the Competition Council deemed the client not to have been involved in the investigated anticompetitive behaviour, while sanctioning in December 2020 other nine companies with approximately €26.5 million.
