List of the most representative projects
Assisted Ploiesti West Park, the largest industrial park in Romania and in South-Eastern Europe, in a complex due-diligence for the acquisition of the project land, negotiation, drafting and conclusion of sale and purchase agreements for the land acquisition, offered permanent assistance and legal consultancy in all stages of the Park's development: building logistic spaces and facilities, developing the Park's infrastructure, leasing and selling to strategic investors in the Park, maintenance/management and administration of the Park.
Assisted Divertiland - Multi Entertainment Park, one of the the most important projects of aqua park and entertainment park in Romania and in South-Eastern Europe, in a complex due-diligence for the acquisition of the land, negotiation, drafting and conclusion of sale and purchase agreements for the land acquisition.
