List of the most representative projects
Advised Atenor Group in relation with the development and sale of the residential complex of “UP-site Bucharest”, the first residential project for Atenor Group in Bucharest of approx. 29,300 sqm residential (270 apartments) and 1,950 sqm retail) in two residential high-rise buildings of 14 and 24 floors, located at Floreasca area.
Assisting Atenor Group with financing (signing of a €80 million facility agreement and related security package concluded with BCR, Erste Group Bank AG and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG) and leasing of Hermes Business Campus, located at Bucharest, comprising 75,200 sqm office space.
Assisting Atenor Group with the development and leasing of @Expo project, a smart business campus in Bucharest of approx. 53,750 sqm offices and 950 sqm retail located at the Expozitiei area.
Advised Atenor Group in relation with the development and leasing of Dacia One, an office complex of approx. 16,300 sqm (consisting of 3 office buildings: a listed villa, formerly occupied by the German representation, a theatre with a protected historical facade and a new Class A building) located at 174-176 Calea Victoriei, Bucharest.
Assisting White Star Real Estate with the acquisition of the control over Liberty Technology Park in Cluj-Napoca from Fribourg Development: (i) legal due diligence with respect to the project and the company; (ii) the shares sale-purchase agreement concluded with Fribourg and the addenda thereto; (iii) the Facility Agreement and the related security package concluded with BCR; (iv) the urban zoning plan to be issued for the office and residential project to be developed on the land.
Assistance provided to Shikun&Binui/Point Development in relation with the development and sale of the apartments and villas in the residential complex New Point (phase 2 and phase 3). The project consists of 6 buildings, with a height of 9 floors, with 68 apartments for each building, i.e., 408 apartments in total and 126 villas.
Assisting Belvedere Residences UTR3 in the development and sale of the apartments in the residential complex Belvedere Residences. The project is located at 6-8 Fabrica de Glucoza Streer, 2nd District, Bucharest, and consists of eight buildings, approx. 966 apartments with 1,160 parking places and a built-up area of 82,579 sqm.
