Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații assisted Morgan Stanley in this transaction that included America House, acquired by Morgan Stanley together with the Israelian real estate investors and the Promenada Mall Târgu Mureș, acquired by Indotek Group.

Clifford Chance Badea, the local office of global law firm Clifford Chance, has advised the French-based investment fund AEW in connection with the sale of its Romanian portfolio.
Owned by French-based financial group Natixis, AEW is one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world. It entered the Romanian market in 2007, through the acquisition of America House from Globe Trade Center and, a few months later, the acquisition of Promenada Mall Targu Mures from BelRom.
The sell-side mandate was coordinated by a multidisciplinary team including Nadia Badea, partner and coordinator of the M&A practice, Andreea Șișman (counsel with the Banking & Finance practice), Mihai Măcelaru (counsel in the M&A practice), Radu Costin (M&A senior associate), Mădălina Mailatand Bogdan Micu (lawyers). The team provided assistance throughout the entire process, from the due diligence stage, to deal structuring, negotiating and drafting of the related documentation.
