Albotă Law Firm has successfully advised Belgian real estate developer Atenor on the sale of Nor Real Estate S.R.L., the entity owning @Expooffice complex in Bucharest.
The asset was acquired by a private real estate investment firm committed to a long-term investment strategy in the Romanian capital.
Developed by Atenor on Expoziției Boulevard, @Expo is a three-building office campus encompassing approximately 57,666 sqm of high-quality office space and 740 underground parking spaces. The project is a leader in ESG standards, boasting BREEAM “Outstanding” certification and WELL “Platinum” certification.
Albotă Law Firm provided comprehensive legal assistance to Atenor, navigating the complexities of the transaction from initial structuring through to the negotiation of the share purchase agreement and final closing.
