Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law has advised Societe Generale through its service center subsidiary, Societe Generale European Business Services on the lease of 10,500 sqm in the third building of Skanska’s Campus 6 development, currently under construction in Cotroceni Area. SG EBS has also leased 57 parking spaces. The tenant will take over the premises in the fourth quarter of 2020. Skanska began construction of Campus 6 in December 2018 and expects to finalize both buildings Campus 6.3. and Campus 6.4 in the third quarter of 2020. With this lease of the premises to SG EBS the building is now 91% leased out.
