PeliPartners assisted the Swedish real estate developer Skanska in the sale of buildings 6.2 and 6.3 within the Campus 6 office complex near the Bucharest Polytechnic, to the Austrian real estate fund S Immo AG, in a EUR 97 million transaction. Campus 6.2 and 6.3 have an aggregate leasable area of approximately 38,000 sqm. PeliPartners lawyers have been involved in this project since 2015, when Skanska acquired the land on which Campus 6 is being developed. The PeliPartners team was led by Oana Bădărău and included Mădălina Fildan Răileanu and Antonia Nica.
