PeliPartners assisted Forte Partners Group in the sale of U Center 1 to Pavăl Holding, the investment vehicle owned by Dedeman's founders, in one of the most important real estate transactions of 2022.
PeliPartners provided legal assistance in the negotiation and execution of the transaction documents.
The U Center 1 building, which is the first phase of the U Center project located in the central area of Bucharest, near Carol and Tineretului parks, was completed in the third quarter of 2021. The building with a leasable area of almost 31,000 sqm is LEED Platinum certified, and tenants include Endava, Booking, Up Romania and Glovo.
