The Bucharest office of international law firm schönherr, one of the leading players on the Romanian legal market, is expanding its leadership structure through the promotion of Eva Hegedüs-Brown as partner, as of February 1, 2017.

Eva Hegedüs-Brown has legal experience spanning across more than 18 years and she is a member of the Bucharest Bar and the Vienna Bar. Throughout her activity, specialising in real estate law, Eva has provided and continues to provide legal assistance to international companies active in Romania on the real estate segment. Eva is fluent in German, English, Hungarian and Romanian.
A second addition to the Bucharest leadership structure is Georgiana Bădescu, a lawyer with more than 12 years of legal experience, specialising in competition law and mergers and acquisitions. In 2015 and 2016, Georgiana Bădescu has been the recipient of the”ILO Client Choice Award” in Competition and Antitrust. Within schönherr, she will coordinate the Competition practice, an area of law in which schoenherr assists some of the largest companies active in Romania. Georgiana is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
