Dobrinescu Dobrev is unveiling a new visual identity and is rebranding as Dobrinescu Dobrev Haraga, following the appointment of Bianca Haraga as Partner. Bianca brings more than 20 years of experience in tax law, tax litigation, administrative and commercial disputes, state aid projects, and other areas, including 16 years as legal counsel for Renault Group Romania.

“I came to work with Luisiana almost by chance. After more than 20 years as an in-house lawyer, I never imagined myself practicing in a law firm. To mark this new chapter, the firm is also introducing a new visual identity. Its new logo consists of two semicircles surrounding a central point. When closed, they form a unified whole; when open, they resemble a butterfly.

“This reflects both the complexity of the field in which we practice and our mission as lawyers. The central point symbolizes the human-centered justice we strive to achieve in our work as litigators, while the open wings represent our fluid and optimistic approach. Our new logo is not simply a change, it is a statement,” explained Luisiana Dobrinescu.

Since 2012, the Dobrinescu Dobrev team has handled more than 600 court cases, while its tax consultants have assisted clients in dozens of tax audits and complex tax structuring transactions.
