The local office of Austrian law firm Wolf Theiss has expanded its Real Estat/Projects and Corporate M&A teams by appointing two junior lawyers: Monica Tinteanu and Alexandru Roman.
Monica Tinteanu has joined the Corporate and M&A department coordinated by Ileana Glodeanu, Partner with Wolf Theiss & Asociatii. Appointed as Junior Lawyer, she has a Master's Degree in International Public Law from Bucharest Law School and she became member of the Bucharest Bar in 2013.
Her professional background includes a previous legal counsel position held within Samsung Electronics Romania where she focused on compliance matters.
Alexandru Roman has been assigned a similar role in the Real Estate/Projects department under direct supervision of Ciprian Glodeanu, also Partner with the law firm.
Roman graduated from Nicolae Titulescu University's Law School in 2014 and currently is enrolled in a PhD programme in law at the University of Bucharest. He is also member of the Bucharest Bar since last year, institution where he had previouslu took an intership.
