Vilau & Mitel changes its name to Mitel & Partners following Dragos Vilau’s exit from the law firm established in 2003. Iuliana Dejescu, one of the partners of the firm left as well and will join Vilau in a new project.

According to a notification from the law firm, the changes performed as regards the leadership will only affect its name, the existing contract portfolio being maintained. 

Also, there will not be any additional changes in the team which comprises 19 lawyers, the other two partners, Madalina Paisa and Magda Dima maintaining their positions along with the founder, Sorin Mitel.

Mitel has an extensive work experience, his practice focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnership, private finance initiative and infrastructure projects, energy, natural resources and utilities, employment and pensions, real estate and constructions, and he has been involved in a number of major projects on the Romanian market in the last thirteen years.
