Bondoc & Asociatii announces a new expansion of its team after recruiting Serban Patriciu as partner. Formerly serving as Managing Associate within Popovici Nitu & Partners law firm, Patriciu will be the Co-coordinator of the real estate practice of the official representative of White & Case LLP in Romania. Beside this, he will also be involved in commercial, mergers & acquisitions, and energy or natural resources projects, explained Lucian Bondoc, Managing Partner of Bondoc & Asociatii.

He has over 15 years’ experience in business law, throughout his career assisting private investors, local and foreign companies, investment funds and institutional clients in major transactions, mostly in the real estate, banking, natural resources and M&A sectors.
Serban Patriciu graduated from the Law School within the University of Bucharest in 1998 and he is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
