Schoenherr has launched the 2015 edition of its annual publication, roadmap: Beauty, which presents overviews from lawyers from 13 countries across the European Union and Turkey covering 12 legal and tax practice areas.
A team from Schoenherr's Romanian office also contributed articles to the the new edition on topics such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (Madalina Neagu, Partner, Alexandra Munteanu and Anamaria Satmar, Lawyers), intellectual property (Catalin Suliman, Partner and Sorin Eduard Pavel, Lawyer), and tax (Theodor Artenie, Oana Manuceanu, and Mihaela Popescu, Tax Advisors).
