Reff & Associates, the law firm affiliated to Deloitte Romania, is strengthening its litigation practice by appointing Andreea Artenie as Associate Partner, who will coordinate the litigation team.
With 13 years' experience, Andreea Artenie has a strong background in administrative and tax litigation, coordinating multiple cases of administrative disputes against the authorities, particularly tax litigation against the tax authority.
“Andreea’s arrival comes at a time when we are consolidating our litigation practice and we are focusing particularly on administrative and tax litigation in our aim to offer clients the support of an experienced and strong partner in their relationship with the authorities,” said Alexandru Reff, Partner with Reff & Associates.
Before joining Reff & Associates, Andreea Artenie had been part of David & Baias litigation team, where she had coordinated various disputes against the Competition Council.
“Our practice has constantly expanded as a result of the hurdles our clients are facing. We are currently involved in a number of administrative and tax disputes as well as competition in which we advise our clients from various industries, from pharmaceuticals and the financial services to real estate,” added Alexandru Reff.
The new addition to the team brings Reff & Associates to 48 lawyers, which places the firm among the strongest practices in Romania.
