Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații is proud to announce that Raluca Rusu has been promoted to partnership in PNSA Tax, effective from 1 October 2020.
Raluca has been with PNSA Tax for more than 10 years having built an outstanding expertise in a wide range of tax advisory matters - direct and indirect tax advice, corporate M&A tax structuring, tax due diligences and reviews, across the key industries. She also acted as lead counsel in hundreds of tax investigations and proceedings.
Raluca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University Babes-Bolyai of Cluj-Napoca and is a member of the Romanian Tax Advisors’ Chamber.
