The Romanian law firm Pop Briciu Crai has announced the promotion of Nicoleta Vădeanu to the position of Senior Managing Associate. In her new capacity, she will also coordinate the firm’s advisory team.
Vădeanu has been part of the firm since 2019 and previously held the role of Senior Associate. Beginning in September 2025, she will oversee the advisory practice, which provides legal support across a range of sectors including real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate law. Her focus will include the structuring of transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, and legal strategy in complex commercial and real estate matters.
The appointment reflects both her individual professional trajectory and the firm’s emphasis on strengthening its capacity to manage high-value projects. With a background in advisory work and experience coordinating complex legal projects, Vădeanu has been actively involved in significant transactions in areas such as real estate development, construction, infrastructure, tourism, energy, and technology.
