Andrada Pleș is a certified tax consultant, with more than 13 years of experience in Big Four and reputable law firms.
Andrada has extensive experience in corporate and international taxation, covering the full range of assignments, from international structuring projects and M&A to due diligence assignments, customized tax trainings and assistance during tax audits.
Andrada is also a frequent speaker at conferences and regularly joining the working groups assisting the Ministry of Finance on the amendment of the Fiscal Code.
