Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has been designated the "Romanian Intellectual Property Firm of the Year" by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) for the second year in a row.
The award has been handed to Ana-Maria Baciu, Head of the law firm's specialized practice, during a gala hosted in London on March 11, 2015.

NNDKP was also the only law firm in Romania ranked first in 2015 by World Trademark Review 1000 (WTR1000), a specialized guide in the trademark field, in both areas researched in our jurisdiction: prosecution and strategy and enforcement and litigation.
In its tenth edition, the rankings released by Managing Intellectual Property, one of the most prestigious publications in the field of intellectual property, list the leading firms for trade mark prosecution and contentious work. NNDKP maintained its position as leader in the area of patent and trademark/copyright contentious and is the only ranked law firm for patent and trademark prosecution.
