The promotions span across litigation and arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, and infrastructure & PPP/public procurement.

Ana-Maria Burada has been elevated to the position of Managing Associate, while Dumitru Varzari and Georgiana Negulescu have been promoted to Senior Associate roles. Additionally, Adina Enache, Elena Nițu, Ionela Bădoiu, and Anca Negulescu have advanced to the position of Associate.

• Ana-Maria Burada joined Mușat & Asociații in 2018 and has extensive litigation experience, particularly in administrative and tax disputes, public procurement, and professional litigation. She is recognized for her strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail in complex cases.

• Dumitru Varzari became part of the firm in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience in cross-border and local mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and capital markets. He has contributed to numerous complex transactions from due diligence to negotiation.

• Georgiana Negulescu started her legal career at Mușat & Asociații in 2019. With substantial expertise in administrative, civil, tax, and constitutional law, she provides representation before Romanian courts and authorities and has successfully managed multidisciplinary projects.

• Adina Enache joined the firm in 2022 and specializes in public procurement, infrastructure, PPP, TMT, and data protection. Her skill in handling legal complexities related to procurement contracts has been a valuable asset to the firm.
