Dana Blaer, Senior Associate at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has received the “Client Choice” Award from the International Law Office (ILO) for “General Corporate”, being the first non-partner lawyer in Romania who wins such a prize.
As a result, the “Client Choice” trophy goes to Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii for the second time, after a year ago, Silvana Ivan's expertise in capital markets was also recognized by the ILO.
With 11 years' professional experience in the legal field, Dana Blaer has been part of the law firm's team since 2005. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, as well as in mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law.
The criteria used in designating the winners focus on the ability to add real value to clients' business above and beyond the other players in the market, the quality of the services provided, the transparency as regards the fees charged, or the promptitude when it comes to communicating with clients. Law firms and partners can only be nominated by corporate counsels.
Established in 2005, “Client Choice” is offered annually by the global legal guide International Law Office in cooperation with Lexicology, a daily legal news feed. In 2015, over 410 lawyers from 68 jurisdictions have been selected. As regards Romania, seven local attorneys have been given the “Client Choice” Award for part of the categories covered.
