Hațegan Attorneys, one of the most important law firms in the western part of Romania, announces a promotion, as well as the expansion of the team. Florina Mattick from the Insolvency and Litigations Department has been promoted to Senior Associate. At the same time, the team expands by recruiting Alin Tegzes as Associate as part of Corporate Commercial Department.

Florina Mattick joined the Hațegan team in 2011. Since then, she has also been awarded a Master’s degree in European Business Law, and has undertaken a study practice in Germany. She specializes in the field of Insolvency, representing national and international companies in the insolvency procedures. Her professional knowledge and experience allow her to accurately analyze complex legal issues, thus managing to solve demanding projects, as well as providing specialized legal advice.
Alin Tegzes joined the team of Hategan Attorneys in October 2018 after passing the bar exam. Before, he had worked as a Contract Manager in a multinational IT company, one of the global leaders in supplying and providing IT services worldwide. During this period, Alin worked on projects and contracts which had a very high complexity level, both in German and English. These projects required an in-depth knowledge of commercial law and international commerce. This kind of experience brings added value to the Hategan Attorneys team, due to the comprehensive legal knowledge, legal background experience, and the capability to solve various complex problems concerning commercial law.
