NTMO’s Managing Partner, Laura Toncescu, NNDKP’s Co-Managing Partner, Manuela Marina Nistor along with Andra Musatescu Law & Industrial Property Offices and TSAA law firms are included among Lawyer Monthly’s Legal Awards 2014 winners. The reputed British publication recognizes the achievements of both law firms and individuals in the global legal market, each of the award corresponding to the over 50 main legal categories being issued per country.
As regards Romania, Lawyer Monthly assessed four practice areas: Banking & Finance, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property and M&A.
Laura Toncescu, Managing Partner with NTMO Attorneys at law, the associated law firms of KPMG Legal in Romania, has been recognized as the Banking & Finance Lawyer of the Year in Romania, while Manuela Marina Nistor, Co-Managing Partner with Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) law firm, has been named as Corporate Governance Lawyer of the Year.
Andra Musatescu Law & Industrial Property Offices has been designated the best law firm in the Intellectual Property field. Finally, TSAA- Attorneys at Law has been awarded with the highest distinction in the Mergers and Acquisitions area of expertise.
