Deloitte Romania expands its top management team with new four partners, after promoting Andrei Paraschiv, formerly Consulting Director,lawyers Irina Dimitriu and Mihnea Galgotiu-Sararu, who have been for several years Partners at Reff & Associates, the law firm affiliated to the Deloitte Legal network, and by recruiting Bogdana Buhos, who will take on the role of Audit and Assurance Partner, from June 2024.

Andrei Paraschiv, who has now been promoted to Consulting Partner, has over 25 years of experience, managing consultancy and software development departments in leading IT companies. His skill set encompasses a broad spectrum, from management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture and system integration to project and program management, product development, and business process management (BPM) and customer relationship management (CRM) low-code/no-code platforms. He has significant experience in designing and delivering large transformational projects (including AS-IS assessment, TO-BE roadmap, IT governance, IT strategy) and delivered end-to-end software solutions based on open-source and enterprise technologies.
Irina Dimitriu, who has been a Partner with Reff & Associates, the law firm affiliated to the Deloitte Legal network, since 2016, has now also become a member of the Deloitte Romania team of partners. With over 19 years of experience, she is highly skilled in the acquisition, financing and development of large real estate projects, having assisted both private Romanian and foreign clients. Her key areas of expertise include transaction structuring, energy and infrastructure developments, construction, urbanism and permitting, as well as coordinating due diligence teams. She is also the leader of the Real Estate industry in Deloitte Romania. Irina is recognized as Leading Individual in real estate by international rankings such as Legal 500. She is an active contributor and permanent invitee in the board of the Association of Real Estate Investors (AREI), which comprises the top industry players on the market, and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Bucharest.
Mihnea Galgotiu-Sararu, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution cases, joined the firm in 2019 and contributed to the transformation of the entire practice into a market leader in its area. He became a Partner with Reff & Associates in 2020 and, since 2023, went on to focus on developing the commercial and administrative dispute resolution practice, while also serving as leader for Deloitte Legal Central Europe (CE) Dispute Resolution Expertise Group. Following his promotion, we has also become a member of the Deloitte team of partners. He has assisted market leaders in various sectors, coordinated complex administrative and commercial dispute resolution projects, international arbitration proceedings and cross-border disputes. He was named Next Generation Partner by Legal 500 in both Dispute Resolution and Tax Litigation categories and among the world’s highly regarded practitioners in Tax Controversy by International Tax Review. He is a summa cum laude graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.
Bogdana Buhos, who has just joined Deloitte as Audit and Assurance Partner, has over 17 years of experience in financial audit, internal controls, internal audit and risk advisory. She has worked for two years in assurance in London, where she was part of a multicultural and diverse environment. With an extensive experience across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, telecoms, IT, global business services, real estate and pharma, she possesses a mix of expertise of local and international accounting and reporting standards. Bogdana will coordinate the Internal Controls team for both Romania and Central Europe. She will also actively contribute to the development of wider assurance services on the Romanian market. Bogdana has a bachelor's degree from the Academy of Economic studies, is a member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR) and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA).
