PNSA Managing Associate Codrin Luță has been recognized as a “Rising Star Romania” for his banking activity by Euromoney Legal Media Group at its inaugural Europe Rising Stars Awards ceremony that took place on November 7, 2019 in London.
The awards celebrate in-house and private practice lawyers from 19 European countries and across 20 practice groups.
Codrin Luță has almost 20 years of experience, covering all aspects of general finance, banking, as well as Fintech. In 2019, Codrin advised on the largest financing in Romania in recent years, i.e. Ameropa on €324 million syndicated credit facility, as well as on two financings estimated at €430 million granted by RI-GD Investments and The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland to an Irish group with presence in Romania.
