Christian Bogaru, Managing Partner and co-founder of Hammond Bogaru & Associates law firm, has been given the Leading Lawyer in Romania Award by the international finance publication ACQ at the ACQ Global Awards 2014.
The prize recognizes his work over the past year, Bogaru, whose core practice area is international corporate law, leading the law firm’s corporate team in a number of cross-border M&A transactions and acting for both buyers and sellers in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, IT services, transportation and consumer goods.

Previous winners of the award over the past years have been financial and legal services advisers such as KPMG, Bank Leumi, Linklaters or Musat & Asociatii.
Hammond Bogaru & Associates is a business law firm based in Bucharest, founder of BWSP Legal- a strategic regional partnership offering integrated legal advice to clients doing business in the CEE.
