Bucharest-based office of the international law firm CMS has announced the appointment of Roxana Popel, formerly Tax Director at PwC Romania, as Head of the Tax Department.
Roxana Popel joins CMS's tax practice after 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers(PwC) during which she has gained a vast expertise in corporate tax, working on both local and international projects. Her portfolio of clients covers various industries, particularly agriculture, consumer products, manufacturing, retail and utilities.
