Simona Petrisor has been promoted within Bondoc & Asociatii, one of the most active commercial law firms on the domestic market, becoming partener with the firm as of January 1, 2015, where she will coordinate the banking and finance practice. Additionally, she will also work on projects in the fields of capital markets, insurances, state aid or EU funding, according to Lucian Bondoc, Managing Partner of Bondoc & Asociatii.
"The appointment of a new partner reflects the natural expansion of our team, given the increasing portfolio of clients, being in accordance with our strategy of solid growth and commitment to promote excellence in the assistance services we provide, as well as to recognize and reward value and effort", commented Lucian Bondoc.
Simona Petrisor’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the Law School within the University of Bucharest and one from the French-Romanian Legal College of European Studies, along with a Master Degree in Business Law from the Pantheon-Assas University in France. Over the years, she has been involved in various procedures including assistance on multiple levels such as funding, acquisitions or capital markets regulations.

In October 2014 three other lawyers joined Bondoc & Asociatii, which is the official representative of White & Case LLP in Romania, the law firm’s team now comprising over 20 members.
