During her legal career of almost 22 years, Adelina has been involved in numerous international projects, such as a full range of restructurings, collective redundancies, business transfers, corporate investigations and compliance reviews. Adelina's previous experience in other practice areas ranges from M&A and capital markets projects to data protection and compliance projects, including regulatory aspects of the insurance industry. Regarding labor law and legal aspects related to human resources, Adelina has coordinated numerous multi-jurisdictional and national projects, from various types of restructuring, including collective dismissals, to automatic/collective transfers of employees, special type employment agreements, secondments and cross-border work and consultancy agreements, the conclusion, negotiation and termination of management contracts, compliance checks at company or group level, due diligence processes carried out by the seller or the buyer, investigation procedures of employee complaints and denunciations (whisteblowing ), projects for the implementation and unification of corporate governance at group level, cross-border transfers of personal data, the implementation of options issue projects or other rights based on shares of listed companies (stock option plans), etc. Adelina has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005 and holds a master's degree (Private Law Institutions) issued by Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca (2003).
