bpv Grigorescu Ștefănică assisted Iveco Defense Vehicles (IDV), part of CNH Industrial group of companies, in the public procurement procedure organized by the Ministry of National Defense for the purchase of over 2,900 military vehicles, the total value of the contract being over 700 million EUR.
The procedure was completed with the award of the framework contract to IDV in December 2019, the first batch of 942 vehicles to be delivered over four years, starting in 2020.
In the last 12 months the procurement procedure has been challenged several times by the closest competitor of IDV, but the Romanian courts have rejected all its requests.
