Econergy has reached a significant milestone in its efforts to expand Romania’s renewable energy capacity by securing €28 million in financing from Kommunalkredit Austria for the development of a 56 MW solar park in Olt County. 

The financing process involved several intricate legal stages, requiring comprehensive due diligence to identify and address potential risks associated with the project. The legal team also provided end-to-end assistance in negotiating and finalizing financing documents.

The legal team from Vlasceanu & Partners was led by Partner Loredana Vlasceanu, whose expertise in financing transactions guided the process.
