Vlăsceanu, Nyerges & Partners is advising Shikun & Binui Energy Ltd. regarding the acquisition from Monsson, as well as the further development and construction of a photovoltaic project in Satu Mare. The project has an authorized capacity of 67.5 MW and covers over 85 ha of land. The construction works are planned to start this year and will entail an investment of up to EUR 50 million.
