Nyerges & Partners announced it successfully advised R.Power Renewables on signing an 11-year physical Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the full output of four solar photovoltaic projects developed in Romania. The agreement, signed with an energy trading company, will deliver an estimated 357 GWh of renewable energy. 

The project was led by Mihaela Nyerges (Managing Partner), supported by Daniela Drăghici (Counsel) and Radu-Andrei Dăncău (Junior Associate).
