PeliPartners assisted companies within Banca Transilvania Financial Group regarding the acquisition of Certinvest Pensii.
BT Asset Management S.A.I. S.A., one of the buyers and now the new majority shareholder of Certinvest Pensions, is the company of Banca Transilvania Financial Group, specialized in investment management through open and closed funds. Certinvest Pensii manages the pension fund Pilon III My Pension and is the only local player among the pension fund administrators in Romania.
Banca Transilvania Group announced the signing of the commitment for this transaction in October
2019, and the acquisition was authorized by ASF in February 2020
