CEE Attorneys/Boanță, Gîdei and Associates announced that it has advised Kinderpedia, a Romanian start-up offering communication and management solutions for schools and kindergartens, in attracting an investment of € 1.8 million. The financing round led by Early Game Ventures (EGV) also included funds from RocaX, Growceanu and several business angels.
Founded by Romanian entrepreneurs Daniel Rogoz, Evelina Necula and Valentin Ilea, Kinderpedia is an ed-tech platform that provides complete digital infrastructure for the educational institutions to take the next step towards the education of the 21st century. The app is recognised in Europe for its innovation and social impact and is already present in 14 countries on three continents.
The CEE Attorneys/Boanță, Gîdei and Associates team included Partner and project coordinator Sergiu Gîdei and Senior Associate Elena Șopotean.
