Mihaela has extensive experience in Romanian energy field, having coordinated, during the last 20 years, numerous complex investment projects (both in renewable and conventional energy) and having assisted many of the key stakeholders on the energy market including investors, developers, producers, grid operators, suppliers, traders, financing banks. Her wide expertise is recognized by the energy industry, being elected as board member of the Romanian Photovoltaic Industry Association (RPIA) and appointed Deputy Chair of the regulatory working group of the Romanian Wind Energy Association (RWEA). Mihaela is currently doing an Energy MBA with Faculty of Business Administration in Foreign Languages (FABIZ-ASE).
Carolina has over 12 years of experience advising banking and finance clients, handling financing transactions for lenders and borrowers, and assisting institutions with compliance and regulatory matters. She has significant expertise in M&A, corporate, and commercial law, having worked on major Romanian market deals and daily corporate matters. With strong knowledge of Romania's energy regulations, she has supported investors and lenders on greenfield projects and advised energy suppliers on regulatory and contractual issues. An LLM graduate in European Law and alumnus of the Romanian Banking Institute, Carolina was previously a Partner in Banking, Finance, and M&A at an international law firm.
Mihaela is a specialized lawyer with extensive experience in Real Estate with a focus on Construction and Energy matters. She has advised clients on developing complex construction projects which included drafting and negotiating various construction agreements (including EPC, FIDIC and BOP agreements), regulatory matters and has handled a wide range of real estate transactions which included conducting due diligence investigations, structuring, drafting and negotiating sale-purchases agreements, superficies agreements, joint-venture agreements and lease agreements. She has provided extensive assistance to clients during all phases of development of a construction project, including in relation to urbanism and permitting matters.
Monica is a highly experienced lawyer with 12 years of experience gained in prestigious law firms. She is particularly experienced in Real Estate, her experience spanning across a multitude of real estate matters, such as title due diligence, drafting and negotiating complex office and industrial lease agreements, sale-purchase agreements, superficies agreements, advising on land pre-emption procedures. She also provides invaluable support to developers in a wide range of urbanism, environmental, and construction permitting matters. Monica's experience also extends to M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, handling foreign direct investment approvals, and overseeing the necessary activities for closing.
