The Technology, Media & Telecommunications team of Wolf Theiss Rechtsanwälte has assisted George Butunoiu, the owner of Restograf.ro in the sale of all rights of the website to Skin Media, Nikon's distributor in Romania.

Restograf.ro was launched four years ago and focuses on Bucharest's gastronomic environment, the team behind the project offering reviews of restaurants in Romania's capital city, along with related features or news. 

The website's daily traffic exceeds 4,000 visits, of which over 3,000 represent unique visitors.

The lawyers involved in this transaction are Ileana Glodeanu, Partner with Wolf Theiss and Head of the Corporate/M&A Department and Alexandru Campean, Senior Lawyer, who specializes in TMT.
