GloriaFood, which provides innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions dedicated to the global HORECA industry, was acquired by Oracle.
Radu și Asociații SPRL assisted the sellers in relation to the Romanian legal aspects of this complex deal where the buyer was a US-based company. The multidisciplinary team of Radu și Asociații SPRL worked under the supervision of Radu Diaconu, Managing Partner, and was led by Ștefan Mantea, Senior Managing Associate. The team also included Nicoleta Gheorghe (Regulatory), Claudia Grosu (IP & Commercial) and Adina Nițescu (Corporate).
