Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații has assisted Société Générale Group on the successful completion of the first stage in the sale to Banca Transilvania Group of BRD Pensii, consisting in the transfer to Banca Transilvania of BRD Medio, the group’s facultative pension fund. The next stage in the process (the sale of BRD Pensii) is pending regulatory approval.
