Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) assisted Edenred, the largest issuing company of cards and benefits vouchers for employees, in the acquisition of Benefit Online, an extended platform for flexible extra-wage benefits in Romania.
NNDKP has assisted the client on all stages of the transaction with a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Corina Dumitru, Partner (Corporate/M&A), assisted by Adriana Gaspar, Senior Partner (Corporate/M&A) and supported by lawyers and consultants from several practice areas of NNDKP (M&A, IP, Competition and Tax Advisory Services).

The transaction is part of the broader acquisition strategy announced by Edenred that is already operating similar solutions in France, the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic
