Glodeanu & Partners provided legal assistance on Romanian law aspects for the cross-border acquisition by Impero Software of Danish-based Netop, having a strong presence in Romania through two of its subsidiaries.
Impero (Investcorp Portfolio Company), one of the leading providers of online student safety and classroom and network management software, has acquired Netop, an international software solutions provider to the education sector and corporates, from Consolidated Holdings A/S.
