Maravela & Asociații announces the consolidation of its litigation, arbitration and ADR team further to the promotion of Ioan Roman and Mirela Metea within the firm`s management structure. 

Ioan Roman is now managing associate within Maravela & Asociații`s team where he provides legal assistance and representation in disputes encompassing several practice areas such as corporate law, commercial contracts, real estate and construction (including FIDIC contracts and infrastructure), financing, labour disputes, energy, and transportation. 

 Mirela Metea was promoted to the position of Senior Associate within the Litigation, Arbitration and ADR department, in which capacity she will coordinate matters pertaining to insolvency and recovery of entitlements. Mirela specializes in commercial law disputes, as well as in particularly complex issues concerning insolvency, corporate law and forced execution matters. She has recently represented clients in niche insolvency and financial disputes, as well as in litigations regarding payment of entitlements. In addition, Mirela has gained an extensive experience in litigations regarding consumer protection and administrative law.
