Litigation and Dispute Resolution
Assisted Asociatia Suporter Club UTA in relation to several litigations, all part of the overall dispute currently pending between the legal entity Asociatia Fotbal Club UTA and their client, which is a founding member of the same legal entity, and holder of the UTA trademark and record of one of the oldest football teams in Romania. The disputes revolve around the football (soccer) club UTA Arad and include issues related to associations matters and the trademarks that are used/are similar to the one’s used in the club’s activity.
