Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii law firms joins the Start & Grow 2014 programme developed by startups.ro as provider of legal assistance in the transactions of the finalist entrepreneurs, which are funded by investors.

As our work is oriented mainly towards private business, we understand perfectly the difficulties faced by beginners and we can help them build successful businesses, in accordance with the law. I learned by myself that good advice, either legal or financial/ fiscal, or with respect to human resources makes all the difference in the further development of a start-up and can drive it on an upward trend”,comments Oana Mina, Senior Lawyer at Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii.

The competition is aimed at supporting promising business projects by helping entrepreneurs connect with investors and obtain funds up to 500,000 euro for improving and develop their businesses.

In addition to funding and business expertise of entrepreneurs, the legal aspects play a key-role in the development of any company. When they get funding from investors or venture capital funds or when they set up business partnerships, expertise of the best lawyers is extremely important”, states Cristina Alexandru, Co-Founder startups.ro, also adding that Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii's participation in the programme is the next step in its future development.

This year's edition recorded almost 400 applications which went through a thorough assessment and selection process, the finalists starting negotiations with investors in view of receiving the necessary funds. Subsequently, the entrepreneurs and the investors will be assisted by Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii's lawyers.
