Laura Buzatu-Teodorescu (senior attorney at law, real estate & construction) qualified as a lawyer and joined Schoenherr in 2016. Over the past seven years she has specialised in providing legal advice in relation to real estate and construction projects, covering the full range of legal services specific to this sector, including relevant legislation drafting initiatives. Her client portfolio consists mainly of real estate developers and investors. She has considerable experience particularly in assisting companies that own and operate large real estate portfolios, including companies active in oil & gas, retail and agriculture.
Adina Rusănescu-Horge (senior attorney at law, dispute resolution) has been a lawyer since 2015 and joined Schoenherr's dispute resolution team in 2020. She has a strong track record in advising on international arbitration, including a number of complex commercial arbitration cases and investment arbitration under ICSID rules. She advises multinational and domestic companies active in sectors such as energy, manufacturing and consumer goods. Her general professional experience also covers assistance in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in litigation related to the energy and construction sectors. She is a member of arbitration practitioners' associations such as Young ICAA, Young ITA and YRAP.
