Former partner Perry Zizzi returns to Dentons after seven years since he left the team, the law firm announces. Zizzi will lead the Bucharest banking&finance group and will be a core member of the real estate team, covering Europe and beyond.

The new member of the Dentons team has an extensive international experience as he has been practising law for nearly 19 years in the United States, Latin America, Western Europe and emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Zizzi has a particularly broad experience in finance, spanning syndicated loans, receivables securitizations, capital markets, senior and subordinated debt, recapitalization and acquisition finance.
