Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has a new partner, while 19 lawyers and consultants have been upgraded to higher positions following the latest round of promotions, the law firm announced.
Hence, Valentin Voinescu, part of NNDKP's team since 2009, has been promoted to partner in the banking and finance department, whereas ten senior attorneys have been advanced to managing associates, seven lawyers have been promoted to senior associates, and two tax managers have become tax directors.
According to the law firm, the promotions came as a result of their contribution to the consolidation and increase in work volume of their practices and offices, namely dispute resolution (where Catalin Radbata, Daniela Gramaticescu, Marius Ezer, Valeriu Mina, Corina Iablonschi have been promoted), banking and finance (Valentin Voinescu, Larisa Tugui), real estate (Irina Dimitriu, Vlad Tanase, Ioana Grigoriu), tax ( Adina Vizoli, Sorin Mociofan), intellectual property (Delia Belciu), caputal markets (Diana Ispas), immigration (Alexandru Lupu), employment (Delia Paceagiu), corporate and contracts (Delia Ropan), the Timisoara (Eva Forika, Delia Baroianu) and Cluj-Napoca (Cristina Bidiga) offices.

Following these promotions, the law firms' team comprises 20 partners (18 lawyers and 2 tax advisors), 110 attorneys, 18 tax consultants, three intellectual property counselors, and 75 employees in the administrative departments.
