Mușat & Asociații announces the strengthening of its management team by promoting a new Deputy Managing Partner - Dan Minoiu, three new Partners - Ana Maria Abrudan, Mateea Codreanu and Ștefan Diaconescu and seven other lawyers in senior positions, in the areas of Labor Law, Law Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Construction Law, Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law, Competition Law & European Law and Civil Litigation.

The four lawyers who strengthen the partnership core of the firm are professionals with extensive experience in their areas of practice, enjoying wide appreciation among the Firm's clients and, in general, in the business community for the complex mandates they have managed and the excellent results achieved over time.

Thus, Dan Minoiu, with over 13 years of experience within Mușat & Asociații (in recent years holding the position of Partner) joins the other three Deputy Managing Partners (Mihai Popa, Iulian Popescu and Răzvan Stoicescu), the management team being led by Paul Buta – Managing Partner and Gheorghe Mușat – Senior Partner.

The three lawyers who were promoted to Partner positions - Ana Maria Abrudan, Mateea Codreanu and Ștefan Diaconescu - have been part of the Mușat & Asociații team since the beginning of their careers, since 2013, contributing decisively to the success of some important projects.

Dan Minoiu has over 15 years of professional experience, during which he assisted numerous companies operating in regulated fields, including pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, private clinics and hospitals, companies in the IT field, as well as in the FMCG fields, insurance and agriculture. Clients value Dan for his in-depth knowledge of the complexities of the regulatory framework in these areas and for his performance and results-oriented legal advice.

Ana Maria Abrudan distinguishes herself as an experienced, dynamic and skilled lawyer in providing legal assistance and advice to leading national and international companies in areas such as Public Procurement and PPP/Infrastructure, Environmental Law, Energy and Natural Resources, Telecommunications, IT and Protection Data. 

Mateea Codreanu has over 10 years of experience within Mușat & Asociații, providing assistance to the Firm's clients in aspects of Pharmaceutical and Medical Law, Consumer Protection and Commercial Law. 

Ștefan Diaconescu is a well-known practitioner of Criminal Law, with over 10 years of uninterrupted legal experience in this field, during which he provided complex legal assistance and representation services to numerous legal and natural persons (especially businessmen) before the criminal prosecution and national courts, at all levels. 

Mădălina Trifan, Managing Associate with extensive experience in real estate and construction law, and Manuela Lupeanu, Managing Associate, well-known competition law lawyer, were promoted to Counsel positions, as a confirmation of their recognition, both in the market and in Firm, as reference voices in their areas of expertise.
