Romanian law firm Musat & Asociatii has appointed three new partners: Mihai Popa, Cosmin Libotean, and Razvan Stoicescu, hence growing its leadership team to 19 lawyers. Additionally, the firm promoted 13 lawyers, five of which have become Managing Associates, while the others have been appointed as Senior Associates.

Mihai Popa has been part of the law firm's team for ten years, acquiring consistent experience in fields such as insolvency, banckruptcy, liquidation and all related issues. He has been involved in multiple complex cases, advising clients from various sectors like energy, construction, retail or finance & banking.
Cosmin Libotean has been working with Musat & Asociatii for over 12 years. His area of expertise covers commercial disputes, administrative litigation or disputes relating to some of the most complex public procurement procedures. Also, he provides legal assistance in insolvency and foreclosure cases.
With more than 11 years of work experience, Razvan Stoicescu specializez in banking, finance, capital markets, M&A, or Telecoms&IT. He has advised international clients (funders, borrowers, issuers, etc.) in connection with issues concerning banking & finance and capital markets sectors, domestic and international financing, structured products, derivatives, specific regulation matters.
As regards the other appointments, Vlad Cordea, Bogdan Mihai, Bogdan Riti, Andrei Georgescu, and Liviu Viorel have been advanced to Managing Associates. Alina Tacea, Alina Solschi, Andra Mihalache, Ioana Doboaca, Iuliana Iacob, Alexandra Vijiiac, Iuliana Popa, and Andreea Piturca have been promoted to Senior Associates.
